Hello, is there a battery life difference that can be noticed between a 512M and 1G SD card? I know the 32M SRAM drains already, I am just curious if using a smaller 512M card will extend the battery life copmared to using a 1G.

Thanks

Shouldn't make any diffrence. Your accessing the same amount of data when you play a rom. No matter what size of card the rom is on, the rom is the same size.

I know from experience that a superpass will drain the hell out of your battery super quick. When I first got my DS and got the pass me and stuff I would only get a little over an hour of play on a full charge. When I installed flashme, I get around 3.5 to 4 hours of play.

I think the average for a SP is 7 hours.  I have the brighter screen version so I will likely be down to 6.  I gave my son my DS (I got a PSP and the GBA is for my retro fix).  I will perhaps get a DS again if Mario Cart is good and then we can play multiplayer on trips.

I just hope that RBI baseball (NES) works with the CS, because that is my sentimental favorite from years ago.
