okay i just down graded my psp to 1.50 what now...? how do i dl games and play them...??

From my understanding, the best move would be to upgrade to one of the custom firmwares, which will let you run homebrew like a 1.5 PSP while still letting you play commercial games that require higher firmware versions.  There are several out there, so research each before choosing.
