somebody please tell me if any of you have encountered this problem, wat happens is, when i turn my ds on with the supercard in it it flashes black, with an "X" some slashes and weird looking smiley faces in the bottom right of the touch screen then goes white and stays that way, and im not sure but, i dont think it is my sd, becuase it does the same thing when the sd isnt in the sc, i have pictures and a short video showing wat happens, please help thanx for it if you do

I would help you if I could. I think your DSONE is defective.  I recommend you email the place you bought it from and return it for a new one. Supercard DSONE is covered by a 1 year warranty.
