This is what happen:
1: transfer files to my SD-card (Should the file be in the root of the SD-card or in a folder? Does the filename matter?.
2: insert SD-card into SC.
3: Insert SC into NDS.
4: boot up the DS and start the GBA-game.
5: choose the " mysd_for_NDS_PassMe.bin " file from this site.
6: some numbers loads "Wait verify data" "Are you sure upgrade?" "old 1.20"
 "Now 1.50"
7: Push A for Yes. Gets "Read flash id error! Please turn off"
WHY?

Please help me ASAP. What am i doing wrong? SD-card is Not locked.
*.scu-files DOES NOT Show in the list btw... (on the NDS)

o_O I wasn't aware there was a 1.20 version of the supercard SD.

Anyways, are you trying to do this in GBA or DS mode? As you can't upgrade to 1.50 in DS mode (I'm guessing since you are using 1.20 that you must be in gba mode but I have to ask anyways)

? What do you mean by GBA or NDS-mode? Honestly? I'm new to this (no shit =).

All i do is to plug in my SuperCard with my SD-card into the NDS (GBA-port)

I think i read somewhere on this forum that u have to go with ver. 1.44 first.
But those files only exist for CF-cards. However, when i try to load the "UPGRADE.scu" and "scfont.fon" files from the UPGRADE144new.rar it says: find upgrade file: upgrade.scu
Old ver 1.52
Now ver 1.44
Are you sure upgrade?

I assume i got Firmware #5 for my DS, but is there anyway to check that?

All i did to upgrade the firmware on SD SuperCard was download the upgrade.scu file off the web page.

Copy it to the root fo the SD SuperCard, then i inserted the SuperCard into the NDS and started it up in GBA mode and it started the upgrade process automatically.

I have also read on the forums somewhere that if you are going from a version below 1.5 that you have to do it in increments but you will have to read up on that, something about going to 1.4 -> 1.44 -> 1.5 etc.

Yeah, as i wrote above Mag1c1an. But there aint NO SC_SD ver 1.44.
Please prove me wrong!

Ok, it worked. I put mysd_for_NDS_PassMe.bin together with the 1.53-file.
And it worked. 100%. Sorry if i asked stupid questions, but there where no sign to tell me where to go, when it didnt work. -_- Sry.
