so i just got my supercard CF+superkey and i upgraded the firmware to 1.63. I have my gba emulator in there and a rom, how do i get to it? Nothing shows up on LIST

Ok first, you don't need a gba emulator in your cf card.  You need to download the Supercard patching software to patch your games.  You can get the software here: http://eng.supercard.cn/soft_cf.htm . Then patch the rom, and copy over the files that output to your cf card.  Then that file should appear in the list.
