I have a supercard ds 1 sdhc for a long time, it never had problems. Right before, i wanted to change something on the computer, and it worked. Then I wanted to change something again, the computer could recognize the top folders on my sc, but then the light of the USB - thing where the card is in started flashing (Like it does when you load something onto it) and wont stop! And it gets stuck and freezes the window of the SC. My NDS can read it perfectly fine... Do I have to buy a new USB-connector?

Looks like your microSD reader may be hosed. You can buy a new one from http://dealextreme.com for like $2 US, and shipping is free. Worth a try; if it still doesn't work you're only a couple bucks down.
