where is the zelda title?

Its been over a year since the ds was released. has anybody heard of a zelda title on the way?

A FourSword game would be greater in wireless DS than it was on GBA or GC !

there have already been hints from miyamoto about a four swords DS game (in response to crystal chronicles from squaresoft)... I think it's in the works...

Also, there was a Zelda DS title being developed (apparently), or going to be developed, all along.. whether this is the same project as 'four swords', or a proper zelda title is yet to be seen. when i say "proper" zelda title, i mean something in the same vein as minish cap, or maybe even OOT or windwaker.. but i think 2D, or 'pseudo 3d', would be better than a true 3D environment on the DS...

found this interview with shigeru miyamoto's right-hand man, and one of the main forces behind 'twilight princess'.. :

"Aonuma also spoke on a Legend of Zelda title for Nintendo DS. "There's no doubt about a Zelda game for the DS," he said. "In fact, know that our ideas for Four Swords have greatly contributed to the concept behind the DS."

he goes on to explain how the very concept of the Nintendo DS was largely based upon the game four swords (for Gamecube).. the very idea of the dual screen multiplayer game was based on this, apparently..

so it sounds to me like the only DS zelda game in the works is probably more akin to four swords than to minish cap or OOT. THat's ok i guess, but unless there's a perpetual online world involved (like some online RPGs, or even a world like animal crossing, with some interaction via WFC) I would rather they concentrate on making an excellent immersive Zelda title, than concentrate on making it multi-player, and dual-screen...

Id much rather them do a proper zelda game. More traditional sort. A port of orcarina of time would be cool. Also a brand new mario title would go down a treat. Then some classic N64 titles. A pilotwings, Donkey Kong, WWF no mercy. All those sorts of games. Might be asking a bit much but I can dream. Also looking forward to pokemon and metroid!!! Thats gonna kick ass online

it's a side-scrolling mario bros, but with 3D style graphics... it looks VERY cool.. there is a lot more cooperation involved (mario and luigi are on the screen at the same time) something like partners in time, in that regard...
but it's supposed to be a direct descendent of the original super mario brothers.. so that will be very fun!
