It's in friggin' Chinese.
Does anyone have an English translated version of that?
I found it is good enough for me to avoid the mess that is the conversion process of Action Replay cheats/trainers.

currently there is no translation for the .cht files (that I know of yet), just turn on the chinese ones and see what each of them do and edit your .cht file with english labels. and what exactly do you mean by I found it good enough to avoid all the mess with action replay codes???

I meant converting AR codes is a mess to do.  The cheats in the Chinese cht file are plentiful and I do turn them on/off but for games like Fire Emblem 7 (I play the translated version), there are 12 pages of cheat codes (!!!).  
Kinda hard to find out which is which
