You lucky UK bastards! :)

Glad to hear things are working well for you, even if I am jealous of the color.

FRENCH DS Lite + Superkey + miniSD works fine here too.

I took the white one, to get along with my nano I-pod (total fashion victim).

Some weird things happens however :
- Some times SC boot in GBA mode thought I didn't press START at power on. It does this either with SCCF or SCminiSD. Putting SC out and back in usually solve the problem.
- I unsuccessfully tried to transfer my wi-fi setting from my flashed DSone to my new non-flashed Lite. Transfer does fine until black nintendo trademark appears on the Lite. It stucks when it starts to fade away. Just like onecard-multiplay bugs when playing with non-flashed DSs. Do I need to flash my lite to get my settings ?  :? coz' I don't want to take the chance...

I've heard some complains about eye-hurting brightness and non-ergonomic shoulder buttons of the Lite. Honestly I can't see where's the bother. The lite looks so cool and it's like rediscover old games with glasses on. Now I can see the Lite !  :D

For the record :
It seems the problems was I've been accessing wi-fi settings from a rom game. I tried from an original mariokart cart and all went fine.

UK Black DS from Currys (Dixons.digital) works with Supercard SD (flashed with superkey 2) :)

uksupercard

All version DS lite are working on superkey+supercard.
Do not worry about it.

SuperCardStore

I have not experienced or had any real problems reported to me by people flashing their own DS Lites with SuperCard products - I get regular feedback from my customers (thanks!) and provide phone and email support, so I reckon I'd know.

I have flashed quite a few DS Lites (both UK and imported) as part of my service and everything seems to work as expected.  I am also in touch with some other European SuperCard resellers and none of them have reported any issues either.
Hope this helps.

Eye hearting brightness isn't really a complaint though.  The shoulder buttons are so-so, but the real problem I've got with my Lite is the slightly dodgy D-Pad.  There is too much dead-zone within the center of the pad, and games which require full pad movement (Street Fighter, Kuru kururin, Animal Crossing, Spiderman etc.) all suffer from it, when it comes to diagonal movements.

After reading a thread on NeoGAF forums, not all Lites are like that though.
