Unzipped and Extracted are basically the same thing

Go to the folder where your patched ROMs went, then hold CTRL. Click ONCE on gamename.nds.dsq and gamename.nds.sav, so they are both highlighted. Then right click on one of them and choose 'Copy'
Then go to your memory card in My Computer, go on the Edit menu and click 'Paste'

EDIT - Oh, I forgot to say. Download the patching software from the SuperCard Website under the 'Soft' tab.

Your memory card would be ideal because then you won't have to worry about copying the files from your computer to the memory card, the software will do it for you.

Yup, just patch your ROM, make sure the files are on your card (gamename.nds.dsq and gamename.nds.sav) put your memory card into your SuperCard, put your SuperCard into your DS, turn on your DS and start playing!
