With all the new slot one cards coming out, Im getting really confused on which one is what. Such as the acekard, ninjapass and the dslinker and supercard

I really wish they would just have one in the market.

Recently, there have been superkey dumps appearing everywhere. What are those for anyways?

Well to answer which slot 1 type to get, i would wait a couple of days or whatever to see how the supercard DS turns out. then there is the R4 (which to me looks like a supercard DS clone) that is supposed to be out before xmas.

Just like what onekelley said, the best thing to do right now is to wait and see. Once some reviews and impressions roll in, you will be able to make a clear decision.

Right now they have only announced it and each card's supposed features, we can't know if they are lying or not.

I'll think i'll just go with the supercard or the m3. Products I know will work. And then there's the EZFlash V, dpg support sounds interesting, but EZflash has never appealed to me.

The local shop near my house said he will get the SCDS in a few day.

I suggest people have a look at the new slot 1 Supercard DS. DSLink is also a good solution if you already have a Supercard and a flashed DS.  DS-X is good if you don't mind the fixed 512MB flash and price point.

What's the strong point about this combo? Sure, SuperCard may act as a RAM expansion, but besides that, anything else? I may be looking for a slot1 card in the near future, possibly with internal memory (I have two miniSDs already, I don't want to spend a little fortune getting a microSD), so this DSLink is kinda appealing to me ATM.

I purchased a DS-Link and a 1GB Transcend microsd card today. The 1GB was $25.99...so it is not as hefty a price as one would think for a decent amount of memory. I did it for th einterface idea as well. The browser was the start of utilizing a slot 2 ram device. I can safely bet that this is not the end of it....we'll see more cards that will need ram in the future.

is anybody compiling a list of all the current and ongoing slot one cards?

it is getting very confusing.

PharaohsVizier

I'm leaning towards the EZ Flash V, EZ Flash has good support.

Mailyfesux

supercard or m3. haha

i really want a download playable slot 1. other than the ds-x

You'll probably find my info pages useful, go to http://romnet.co.uk/ and look on the right hand sidebar.
I've also made a 'Which cards are just clones' guide, go to http://romnet.co.uk/node/81

EZ-V seems, from what I've read, to be the most solid slot 1 solution so far.
