I don't remember where I read this but I'm pretty sure I read this somewhere.  I kind of need to buy a new passme 2 to flash DS's, but currently I can get a really cheap Passme.  So basically I remember reading about someone soldering some new connections or something making a passme 1 work with DSLs (aka morphing to a passme 2).  Does anyone know how I can do this, or point me to the right direction?  Or should I just spend the extra $15 and get a nopass?

If flashing your DS is all you want to do, you could just rent one from Popinadam from the marketplace. Otherwise, I'd get a nopass or a slot-1 that supports it and actually WORKS (and I know of none so far). PassKeys last longer.

Its not like I absolutely need one right now.  Its just that some of my friends are getting DSs and looking to flash it, over a several week period.  I wouldn't feel right keeping Popinadam's for an extended period of time.
