Hey, I own a SC Mini and I'm fine with it, but my friend is planning to buy a DS lite soon, and she doesn't want something sticking out.

From what I've read so far, Slot 1 carts aren't completely reliable(Correct me if I'm wrong), but Slot 2 carts have some issues...

What I wonder is:

- What is currently, the best Slot 2 cart that's for lite so it doesn't stick out?

I've heard about M3 saving issues, SC Micro slow-down issues, and etc.  What is the current news on these issues and what would be the best choice?

Also, I've heard that the SC Micro is NOT covered in the same plastic that the DS lite is...is this true?  And which ones WILL be completely hidden inside the GBA slot?

In addition, please provide advice ignoring:

- Rumble
- GBA compatability

While focusing on:

- Saving issues
- Slowdowns
- DS game compatability

Supercard Lite is the best slot2 IMO... Compatibility/Aethetics/Price wise.
DS Lite Onyx Black
Supercard Lite
Nintendo Wii (US)
PSP (Metal Gear PO Limited Edition)

Supercard Lite. Simple, effective, and priced right. And I don't see no slowdowns ... maybe on a few GBA games, but I don't even use my DS for that. I like GBA on a GBA, and DS on DS.

G6 Lite, hands down.  (according to your requirements)

seriously.  looks like a dust cover, 100% GBA compatible.  Nice interface, the best DS performance I've seen.

Sorry if I sound like a fanboy.  I'm not.  I just have to be honest

(he didnt' ask if WE like GBA on GBA, DS on DS.. he wanted a DS slot-2 device)

AND has 512MB built in. You don't use a memory card or anything. Very convenient.
