First off, Enixcell, Welcome to scdev.

What are you trying to convert? Have you updated to the latest firmware and using the latest patching software for roms? Which rom are you having issues with?

My point is we need more info to help you out.

Thats my bad. As i said before, i have a supercard lite with a superkey. I also have the latest filmware and the latest converter. Im trying to convert roms. Many roms like castlevania wont work for me because it says "Unhandled Archive type". So i try to unzip it and do that. It works but i cant put it into my sd card cuz it says "File Currupt".

if they are from zip files, you can only have the .nds file in the zipped file. Make sure your sd card is formatted FAT (FAT16) not fat32. and then reformat your card.

Enixcell

They are .zipped files. And im kinda a noob so whats the FAT stuff?

OK, For i will address the sd card first and then the roms.

The sclite (all SC slot 2 devices for that matter) need the file format to be FAT (or FAT16 ~ which is the same thing, so don't worry). It Cannot be FAT32.

So step 1, put in your SD card in your card reader on your pc, and go to my computer and right click on the card, and you should see something like this.

If you choose properties, you will see this (in the pic format is about to be chosen, so don't get confused)

Then you need to choose format, even if it says fat on the screen already, it won't hurt, only help.

then you will be good to go.

Now for the roms, wherever you get your backup files, there are usually other files in the zip file also. So what i do is unzip then rename the file and then rezip only that file. I just delet the rest. No big deal, takes a few seconds once you get the hang of it.

No problem, did it solve your issues you were having?

Enixcell

Yea, only whenever i reinsert my sd card into my comp, it automatically changes it back into FAT32 and to change it to just FAT, i erases everything. Now what do i do?

you have to reformat it, if your pc is changing it back to fat32, then it is erasing everything, otherwise it is not. once you change it to FAT, it stays that way.

When trying to copy the finished files into your sd, what does it mean when it says "Cannot Copy, File is not ready". What does that mean?
