no one knows, its not enabled... perhaps its meant to be able to boot the DS card, and use SuperCard CF/SD to save to- although I kinda doubt that would be useful.

alos i noticed the tool doesnt work well with lower scren res, i have a old comp i dload stuff on and i had to install a newer vid card as the one i had didnt go above 800X600 and it was causing overlap when using the program
