You liking it more than the DS-Linker Pharaoh?

I"m getting one the second it goes on sale. I thought they were suppose to come out this week? Hopefully next week they will.

And I'll be looking forward to reading your review. Let us know when it's up.

Well I'm not so sure I'd say I like it more than the DS Linker.  I mean, I completely forgot how drag and drop was so much easier.  To be completely honest, when I got my G6 Lite, I dragged in a rom and was frustrated that it didn't work.  Then I remembered that I needed to patch it...  But then asides from that, the G6 Lite really has a lot of cool features, and I'm really enjoying so old GBA games.  In the following week, not only will I be posting up a review of the G6 Lite, but hopefully, I'll get my "Which Slot 2 Cart to Pair Up with Your Slot 1 Cart" article up on the articles section.  :)

errrr h8 he said G6 LITE not G6DS which is almost the exact same copy of the DS-linker.  I hope you have a good time with it but did you read the review by dev-s?  I just want to remind you one last time before you buy one.

Ooh, I read that wrong. I thought you mentioned you got a G6 Real.

Yeah, it does suck whenever I go to put different GBA roms on my G6 Lite, and I'm reminded of having to use the patcher. I mean, it's not a big deal, but the ease of drag and drop is just so much better. I've been spoiled by it.l

Would be nice if there were a drag and drop slot 2.

it won't exist though because theres no way to fool the ds into playing nds from slot 2 without patching.  Unless you want to give that neoflash thing that didn't work a shot :P

Yeah, actually I read somewhere, where the G6 claims it's drag and drop. But it's far from it.

But actually, I was talking about having gba games drag and drop. Or is that the same thing, as in no way to play them without patching?

It is probably possible but companies obviously don't care much about gba anymore or it would be done since gba doesn't need to bypass anything, myabe it just has to do with the gba code that it must be patched, there were never drag and drop gba carts I don't think.

Most regular (as in NOR-based) GBA flashcarts don't need patching, but you must use a special application to flash the carts anyway, so it's not any more convenient.

Hi

I WILL NOT support the same people who made the M3, period. They tell all sorts of lies on their site, including lies about the supercard. No way I'm buying the G6 real. Even if it is good.

What lies did they say about the Supercard on their site?

Even though I really like M3 and all that, I still haven't actually purchased an M3.  I should shouldn't I...  But they cost so much!

Im still wondering what lies they told about Supercard on their site?

To quote the Slot-2 M3Adapter.com homepage (towards the bottom)
QuoteAbout the similar product

There is the similar product on the market, and its surface functions are similar to our M3 adapter. However, it is completely different from our products, and it has many defects. Many people feel regret that had bought such product .

Some people complained about that "I can't believe the similar product guys said that it's acceptable to have all of those slowdown /crashing problems."

Therefore, we need clarify the fact that our product is  M3 adapter (GBA Movie Player 3rd generation ) .It is not the SupXX CaXd .  Notes for buy.
It then goes on to give a large comparison chart between the M3 and "The similar Adapter" which is obviously SuperCard.

Thanks. Don't really see it as shit talking rather truth talking, lol. Back then I remember the M3 SD & miniSD were better then the Supercard, though Supercard had the price advantage. The Supercard did have major slow down problems until they changed things with the Supercard Lite, not to mention when new games came out they most likely would not work till an update was released. The Supercard in my eyes didn't become a true contender quality wise till the Supercard Lite.

Hi

I totally dissagree. First, the supercard does NDS perfectly. Second, the supercard runs atleast 80% of all gba games at full speed. In fact, I've NEVER experianced slowdowns, and I run a lot of gba games. I'm convinced it's just luck, but goes to show the supercard can do a lot of gba. More than the M3 guys say it can.

Yes, the SC's advatage is price, but that doesn't mean it's a bad, cheap card. The M3 is better, but not by so much!
