I recently got a Supercard DS One and have run into a few problems using it.  I put on it version 2.0SP1.  When I run the test I get the following:

Test Flash
flash id ok!
flash ok!

Test Psram
psram ok!

Test sd card
sd ok! no find test file.

Now SuperCard DS Version
English Ver1.00

Test finished.

When I run the autoset SD speed, it says "It is too slow!"

I ran Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin and it ran fine.  The main problem I have been having is that almost none of my games have been saving.  The only ones that I have tried so far are Mario 64 and Trauma Center.  Most other games start like there isn't a save game, or say the save file is corrupt.  These in clude, Phoenix Wright, New Super Mario Bros, and Pokemon.  I am borrowing these from a friend who had an older sc and so they are all patched, but that shouldn't be a problem should it?  Any help you could offer would be great, since this thing is kind of useless to me as it is right now.

mtgDoofy, welcome to scdev!

I personally do not know how well the autoset works, to me kind of hokey. I have a sandisk ultra II and is says that. With the castlevania POR, move down to the rom (assuming it is a .nds or raw, not ran through patching software), and press x on it. then check the sav size of the file. This can be found at Dualscene supercard compatibility list. and for POR it should be 512. Remember to press the save button.

Also make sure your card is formatted to FAT(FAT16) not FAT32.

I sugest you to buy a better MicroSD Like Kingston made in japan!

It turns out that these games aren't patched, so that isn't the problem.  I checked the save size for Castlevania and it is set to 512.  One thing I did notice is that I seem to be running the older firmware.  How do I flash the firmware on the ds one.  Looking through the folders in my ds, I see IMFS and MPCF.  The MPCF folder contains the roms I copied to the root of the card, but the the csforsc or scshell folder.  The IMFS folder contains a single folder called shell.  This folder contains 8 files: closebtn.bmp, global.ini, sclogo.b15, skin.ini, startup.mp3, system.ank, system.fon, system.l2u.  The scshell folder contains a lot more files than this.  Also the global.ini that I'm seeing on the ds is blank, while it isn't in the scshell folder when I look at the card on my computer.  Thanks for the help so far.

you remove the old scshell folder and the msforsc.nds and put the new 2.0sp1 in its place. all done. this shouldnt be the issue but there is a setting under one of the menus where you can turn on patching on the card. then there is a patching menu. you may want to activate and set that. It is also the same place where you turn on cheats function and walkthrough text function (don't have my ds in front of me to give exact directions).

Ok, the scshell folder and msforsc.nds is the one from to 2.0sp1 zip I got from supercard's website.  The patch is enabled, both under the "Other" menu and within the patching menu.  My save games are still all corrupted.
