At the title suggests, I'm have some local wireless issues with my DSPhat. It seems to work fine, for maybe a 10 or so minutes, and then I get a connection error. I'm sure it is my DS as I have tried it with several of my friends DSs, and I know its not my SCDS1, as it has happened several times in download play, as well as using my SCDS1.
Now, I'm thinking this could be my DS slowly dying, I have had it since the European launch. It does such severely if that is the reason though, I would have thought it would last more than a few years.

Games it has failed during:
Mario Kart - Mine on SCDS1, friends with retail and SC rumble (separate times)
42 All Time Classics - Mine on SCDS1, friend on SC rumble
New Super Mario Bros - Mine download play, friend with retail
