Hey guys im new to this forum and i have one question to ask of you :)

FIrst off

my sister owns a dslite and has a supercard lite, and she loves it

so i am considering purchasing a gameboy micro/SP and a supercard SD, to go with it.

My QUESTION:

can you run/install AR or Gameshark cheats for GBA games, i get confused when looking for how cheats work with supercard, as all everyone cares about at the moment is cheats for the DS

if you can't put AR or Gameshark or Codebreaker Cheats
what form of cheats do you use :?:

thank you for your time

P.S do you recomend a gameboy SP or Micro :? ?

Thanks again

Not as of yet, no.  There is rumored to be a firmware update for slot-2 Supercards coming out tomorrow that will enable the use of cheating, but until it comes out, the only way to cheat would be to use trainers for specific games.

best advice I can give for GBA is to use a dedicated GBA flash cart for your GBA stuff as it tends to be far more compatible  :)

and with most of them you can add cheats to games when you add them to the flash card at least I can with my ezflash 3 devkit :)

supercards are fantastic for compatibility with DS stuff but I find tend to be hit and miss with gba stuff  :(

if your going to use it just for gba dont go with the supercard, go with something like the ezflash 4

thanks for the info guys!

I appreciate it :)

ive been looking around and im confused...

is there any good GBA flash cart that has an sd slot (any sd i dont care wether it be micro/mini etc.)

thanks again

.;:EDIT:;.

there isn't, besides 1gb is all i need   thanks anyways

The M3 is known for having very high GBA compatibility and comes in CF, SD, miniSD, and microSD varieties.  Just make sure it's an M3 Perfect, not a Pro or Simply.

Also, some cards in the EZ-Flash line use some form of SD card for storage.
