So, the other day, a younger cousin of mine gave me his Supercard CF because something was wrong with it. I checked it out on his DS and on my DS Lite and the problem was still the same: every time I would go to select a game (same problem with all games), the loader would begin to load the game (ie. xxxx/yyyy) but as the xxxx got to the yyyy, it would exceed it and just keep increasing.

I tried repatching games, and using the SC with a different CF card, but I would still get the same problem. I cannot update the card either because of this problem. Bear in mind that this kid is somewhat careless, so it's very likely that he damaged the Supercard in some way, but I want to be sure before I tell his parents to shell out another $50 for a replacement (he and his younger sister have gone through three Supercards already; ridiculous!)

Any thoughts/help?

You might have corrupt Supercard firmware. It can be fixed by running DF's flashmp.nds using wifime/WMB. Your DS needs to be flashed to do this. You can also check out my free Supercard recovery service . . .
