Okay...I have a problem and that is deciding on the Supercard Ds ONE, or th R4 version. Which do you guys prefer?

Hi

I prefer the scdsone, but your going to encounter a lot that dissagree with me.

Plus I can't really talk since I don't own an R4, do own an scdsone, and am a supercard fanboy

Also, could you say why you prefer as in, what kind of advantages does one have over the other

R4 is more for just gaming and multimedia.  It's very easy to use.  SuperCard DS ONE has more features.  You also have more control over the game and other things, I think.  I own a R4DS, M3DS Simply, SCLT, SCDS, G6 Lite, M3 Lite, EZ-Flash V Bundle, and a EZ-Flash IV Deluxe)  I would have to say I like the SCDS best because of the control you have over the game.

OMG you are 11 and you have all of that? O_o

Id say R4 just because I am so cheap

The R4 is nice for people just coming in.  Honestly though, I hated my Supercard DS ONE, maybe if I gave it a second chance and got a V2 I might have a different opinion.  But why get an R4 or Supercard DS ONE now, when you can get a G6DS Real or a CycloDS Evolution?

Enixcell

What does the V2 have that the original doesnt? Also, what features does the Supercard Ds One have that the r4 doesnt?

Basically nothing... Just a Tranflash/microSD Reader Writer and a small instructions leaflet.

Uh.. Show Motion (SP2), Load multimedia AND games from same menu, and a lot more.  I don't know what to write.  There are lots.

SC DSOne also has multiple saver support, so you can have multiple saves for one pokemon rom (example).

personally I like the sound of the G6 but I prefer removable memory, it's just more expandable if you want films etc. and micro SD's are so cheap now

I'm pretty happy with my R4(wasn't at first because I had a slow microsd). I don't have a DSOne, but my girls just came in, and I've spent a little time with it. It's nice I guess. I just don't really see a HUGE difference between the two. But that's just me. I'll end up getting one sometime, just to have.

I'm sure you'll be happy with whatever cart you get.

Actually though, for the price of an R4 or DSOne and a microsd, you can get a G6 DS Real. And the Cyclo will probably be around the same price too. I just think internal memory is the way to go. You never(well, I haven't at least) have any problems with it.

But again, it doesn't really matter which one you get. They're all pretty much the same. You'll like whatever you get. Just get a fast microsd with it.
