We have been going through hell trying to update the site due to Socket not being around but still having control of the domain name and server. We have a new server and a dump of the forums, but most likely will have to use a new url for the site.

Anyways even though the site has not changed over yet we really owe a HUGE thanks to jmr and Ratx for working on the new site. The new server is going and thanks to jmr we have new forums running and a new front page and he is also providing the new url (the site name will remain just a slightly different url). jmr has helped this site out more then anyone will probably ever know as behind the scenes he has really stepped up for us all.

Also bottom line, the new site would be blank in content if we didn't have the genius of Ratx in figuring out how to import all these post on the current site into the brand new and totally different forum software. Would have sucked to loose all these post and registered members, but ratx has been kind enough to take some time out of his hectic real world schedule to help us out.

Me, NT and everyone else here owe these two fellas a big thank you as we have actually made progress on the new site software, which has been a hellacious experience. After it is all said and done the ground work will have been laid to make sure future updates will be a breeze.

Expect contest, raffles, and freebies of gaming hardware to start back up as soon as we get the new site going. I know we haven't had any in awhile, but we will for sure return to giving back to everyone here who makes this place such a pleasure to come to everyday.

I will be out of town starting this wed. for 2 weeks so if anyone needs anything holla at a mod or NT and they will help you out.

Not sure whether to be happy or sad about this, I'll miss this being a site where the nds is the main focus, but it seems nobody else will. Anyway, good job JMR and ratx. Er... and Socket DOES know that we're doing this right? That would be a little strange... "Where's my site gone???"
