So where is the latest version of this genesis emulator? And how do you get it to work on m3 simply or m3 lite? DLDI patching doesnt seem to work as the file says it cant take/use the patch. So far i have only gotten the older 1.2 version to work on my sc CF. Its pretty cool, but needs sound.

The latest version is 0.1.7, available from http://www.cryptosystem.org/

It should be DLDI patchable.  Note however that it's unlikely that sound will be emulated anytime soon.  The original PicoDrive emulator didn't have sound, so adding it to this port would be difficult.

just  curious is this the only genesis ds emulator?

I saw another one on DCemu once, but it ran at 1 fps, if that.  Aside from that, PicoDriveDS is the only option.
