i no it doesnt work because of something but appearntly with somthing it should work   my question is wat do i need.. for it to work?

You would need a slot-1 device like the R4 or M3 Simply or Supercard DS in order to launch the rom so you could use your Supercard Lite as RAM.  There's no way to launch it from the SCL and use it as RAM at the same time.

Or you could go for the homebrew DS organize by Dragonminded http://www.dragonminded.com/?loc=ndsdev/DSOrganize, it has a lot of features and also a Basic webbrowser. You still need a flashcart of some sort.
