This looks like something that should be discussed here. When I try to connect my DS to my Wii with PBR, I instantly get an error message on my DS instantly. The Error reads:

"The DS Game Card was removed. Please turn off the power, then reinsert the DS Game Card."

Anyway to bypass this? (Apparently this is only an issue with Slot 2 Devices... -_-)

I would say give up trying to link to BPR.. unless there is a patch for D/P.

The game wasn't even popular in Japanese, or else people would find a solution already.

fyi, I tried R4 and SC SD on JPN D/P and JPN BPR. didnt work.

how do you link to the PBR and what does linking up do for you during game play?

Currently I have a SCDS1 and Sclite and SC SD.

Any one have any luck connecting with an scds1?

As I posted on GBATemp:

G6DS Real - WORKING

Tested on non flashme'd DS
R4 - White Screens
CycloDS Evolution - Restarts game, enhanced mode on and off
G6DS Real - WORKING

Its like the same thing as ds download play.  Carts that are good with that will be better with DS-Wii connectivity

I don't think that is how it works, in fact, I believe that it is the internal memory according to the list of flash carts that work and don't work.  I can't be sure about that until I get ahold of my G6 Lite again.

Keep in mind I don't get white screens. I get the error message I Listed in the first post.

SClite  - white screens trying to connect (frimware ver 1.81) it trys to connect though then white screens.
SCDS1 - white screens trying to connect (with patching on and off) patch on trys to connect though then white screens. Patch off straight to white screens no trying at all.

charachu

so is it safe to assume that this is a problem not solveable through software or firmware updates?

Actually, Team Cyclops has already contacted me when I posted this on their forums, they said something like they'll begin working on it when they can get ahold of the copy of Pokemon Battle Revolution.

charachu

hm.
guess this means that the supercard will get it eventually too.  which is good.

Which in turn means that it'll get to my EZFlash IV, unless the devs are as lazy and unsupportive of older versions of their hardware as they usually are... This all seems reason enough for me to buy the real cart and Rein my save up it's 4M Flash save chip.

Cheers, and here's hoping for a way to make PBR work with our lowly non-G6DS Real carts

I don't see that thread on gbatemp mentioning about PBR DS to Wii connectivity. It's just a thread about playing D/P on SCLite.
