Nope, I don't see it either.

Thought maybe it was a browser issue (Opera 9.20 here), but tried it out in IE to no avail.

Thought I might have to enable it in my account settings. Set the 'quick moderation' to checkboxes, but I see no changes.

So now I'm thinking it's only available to posters with a certain number of postings??

not answers like yes or no.

What about "I agree" and "Lol"?

Also, is their a way to see why my karma was changed? I just want to know why so I don't do it next time. I mean, I haven't even been posting here very much anymore, and I look at my karma which was at zero, and now it's suddenly at -3! I have Idea why the people decided to lower my karma did so.

Judging by people who see it, and who don't [I don't have it, after all], I'd say it's probably activated via total post count.  Which makes sense, as it helps a -teeny- bit with potential abuse, though not tons.

I don't know, but if there isn't, I think it'd be an excellent suggestion for it.  Having feedback capabilities [can even have the person who adjusted the karma be set to anonymous for comments, to prevent retaliation abuse] would make it slightly useful to the victim of the + or -.

On the Profile page, the summary has "Who changed my karma" and "Whose karma I have changed". I don't have the 'proper permissions' to see anything, so I have no idea if those who can access it can check the exact posts in question.

Anybody like to verify?

Ok.  You need 50 posts before you can see the Karma options on people's posts.  And for right now you can't access the "who changed my Karma" options in your profile.  That's by design ATM.

The Karma system has been adjusted again.  Now reasons are submitted for Karma changes and users should be able to view those reasons in their profile.  Also, the total +/- ratings are now shown so people aren't stuck with just a negative number if they've still been helpful.

I'd like to be able to make this system work, so hopefully these features will help.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's just a game, really. Having a negative karma isn't going to mean nobody likes you.

The problem is that people are more inclined to do something if they don't like something that they are if they like something. That combined with the fact that EVERYONE will be unhappy with someone for some reason or another makes karma go down instead of up, nearly regardless of who you are.
