whats the best snes emu to use for my ds?

SNEmulDS would probably be the highest recommended one, as it runs many games at fullspeed with sound.

i agree with dantheman, it runs pretty much every game ive thrown at it perfectly, with good sound too

Just note that no games with any special chips works on it yet. That means Star Fox, Super Mario RPG, Street Fighter Alpha 2, Megaman X2/3, Mario Kart, etc etc all don't work and are likely not ever to work. There is some hope of the DSP1 and C4 games working, but definitely not SDD-1 or SA-1

The latest version of SNEmulDS plays it with beautiful sound actually.  You need to have the snemul.cfg file on the root of your card for it to work though, as Chrono Trigger requires a manual SPC fix that's only accessible through the config file.
