Are there any apps out there that can download stuff off irc using XDCC command?

what would be the point as the DS has tiny internal memory anyhow .. about 4mb  you would have to be able to download to memory card .. which is doubtful and transfer would be painfully slow so slow that most irc bots would no doubt boot you for being under the channels minimum transfer speeds like they do with irc on the pc
