Ok I've seen the number of modchips available and i have a question

Which modchip should i get? the features i would like are:

• Firmware Upgrades Through DVD
• Frequent Updates/Support
• Plays Both GCN and Wii Backups
• High Compatibility with all Region Games (NTSC/Pal/JAP)
• Cheap Price (something under $50 incl shipping if possible)

I Think thats all the features im really worried about, i have been told that OpenWii is a good choice but i dont think i would be able to build one myself, but if someone could build me one i would be willing to pay $15 for it with the following

What you get?
*Install Diagram
*ATMega8L-PU PDIP 28-pin AVR flashed with OpenWii 2.2 (DVD Update)
*28pin IC Socket
*Pre-tinned Wires Attached To The IC Socket
