Yes, it is very easy you can you rein or reinmoon or eepinator (never tried eep..). I did it with my daughters mario64 to my sclite and then back up to my niece's mario64.

yeah, unfortunately the pics are gone from the gbatemp one and the old scdev link is invalid. but the software links are still good.

Ok have you gotten any of the software yet? If not here is one that works on my sclite see attachment.

OK,

it is pretty self explanitory

1. BACKUP / DS SAVE -> SAVE FILE (Use this to get a save off a ds cartridge)

2. RESTORE / DS SAVE <- SAVE FILE (Use this to put a save file onto a ds cartridge).

Choose which one you want and press A and follow the instructions.

If the attached file does not work for you try these

-----------------------------------------------
if that doesn't work for you, you can try out reinmoon http://mdxonlinemirror.dyndns.org/resources/20060908_reinmoon06.zip

and if that doesn't work for you, you can try out

if you only have a slot 1 device take a look at this thread at gbadev about the eepinator

With Animal Crossing, you could look into Tepples's "RAC" tool, which was made specifically for that game.

Also you can try SavSender, which I've written a guide to in the FAQ/Guides section of SCdev here.  This one uses Wifi to send the save file to and from the cart.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3J8vXJNSpw is a good video tutorial on how to use Reinmoon to backup and restore saves on a slot-2 device.

it is on your micro SD card. Most likely some number string or or letters something like that. I do not have any ds's in front of me to try out. But it is definately on your microsd card

If you're using REINMOON I would highly suggest viewing the video tutorial I linked you to in my last post.

What did you end up using and what did you do to get it to work (only to help out others with the same issue)?

WegeHop

I used REINMOON, and than after i put it on my card, I watched this video which tells you how to backup your save and put a save on a Real DS Game Cart: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3J8vXJNSpw .

dantheman, is that you in the video? If so, i have the same card reader. I tore the "dust cover off long ago, as it always seemed to get in the way.
