I plan on purchasing a PSP Slim when their released (9-07?) I have Monster Hunter Freedom 2 on preorder and I would like to play this game off the memory stick if possible? Does anyone know if PSP games have a option where it'll install most or half the game on a memory stick to reduce UMD access and increase battery life? The reason why I want to do this is because I heard there is a significant savings in battery life and no load times when accessing games through the memory stick. I don't want to uprgade/flash my firmware...because there is only a handful of games I want to play and the games I want, I'll purchase them.

correct me if im wrong, but im almost sure that will only happen if you mod your psp

and anyway i hear the psp slimline has faster loading and improved battery life

The PSP S does have slightly improved loading times and battery life. What I'm trying to accomplish is the maximum battery life and least/no load times w/o having to mod the PSP. I know for a fact I will play MSF2 like crazy and the increased battery life (if possible) would thwart me off from purchasing a second battery for those long plane trips. I'm going to pick up Hot Shots Golf tomorrow because I'm positive my girlfriend will like it. Are there any other games that girls might find enjoyable?

Girls - oddly - have varying tastes from person to person. Much like the male population. Without knowing her I won't suggest anything other than Loco Roco - because it is awesome.
