Okay so i already know this is possible with reinmoon as i have done it with a game or two. Just put the m3 simply file onto a CF card, put the CF into an SC, run SC with reinmoon and original cartridge to dump back into.

Im wondering if this is possible for other DS games like pokemon and others.

I've heard of Pokemon being somewhat picky, but most other games should be fine.  Also check out my "SavSender" guide in the FAQs and Guides section for an alternative program that can work on slot-1 devices by themselves.
