In novermber 14th when de WiFi service is on, mario kart, animal crossing and all wifi games, can we download the roms and play on line?
or nintengo can detect wich is rom or wich is common ds game??

Well, ROMs ARE real DS games.  Just copied over and over.  Real DS games are actually ALSO ROMs copied over and over, but the difference is that they copy them onto carts/disks/whatever the game is on.

It's already been confirmed and reconfirmed several times that there will be a unique code that comes with the game. This code will be linked to your own personal friends list which can be used between different games.

This is impossible.

As u can see in other online game, no one can ever break through the gate like Battle.Net. The reason is that even a code is being "computationally correct", Nintendo can just keep a list of issued  code and check if  your code match theirs.

There might be a "chance" that u get a working code, but it is a billion to one probability.

Given that Nintendo using method like battle.net (warcraft III, Diablo II), hacking into the network seems impossible.

If you want to play a game only... buy it.. its good to use online game withou worring of been banned.. and you will support nintendo and the nintendo Wifi ... is good to use roms.. but we have to remenber.. we Love nintendo.. we have to help sometimes if we want good services from her!
