I maye have been unlucky enough to get a DSONE fake.

It all looks genuine enough, and seems to work fine, up until the point you want to save the Menu on the selection screen.

I have posted previously about why this is not happening, and I'm doing the right thing. Drop down meny/Save menu and all that but still not working.

All games work fine, and saves fine too. Just from not within the shell menu.

Also the biggest indicator to me that this may be a fake, is that the plastic to the cart is WHITE.

Any help appreciated.

I have a white one too, delivered to me from an official supercard reseller, I think it has nothing to do with the colour of the cardridge. Save menu doesn't work indeed, but even if this is a fake, it should've been solved with the firmware upgrade.

Thanks for replying.  So your save menu does not work either? and it may be a Firmware issue?

I'm running 1.01 Firmware. Wish I would have tried 1.0 out first before I updated it first.

Everything works fine, and packaging looks genuine. I have emailed ROMMAN to see what he says.

I love the card, but wish I could seve menu settings. Memory speed and all that.

Thanks For Answering. I may make another post about if anyone has found that menu save does not work after 1.01 firmware upgrade.

well my save menu doesn't work, but it does remember that I put my sd card speed to 17 :\.
also most other options work too. (but I haven't gotten gba union to work with megaman battle network) yet use supercard as browser works.
also the fat that you're able to update it says a lot I think..

Thanks for the file. I have taken a look and tried changing a few things myself.

The thing that really niggles me is that I would like it to remember the save size, and patch options for the induvidual games, when I change them. But it does not.

i have a wite ds one too and i do not think that there fake, i think they are made for the lite ds which is wite (i know my spelling is off but o well), mine rembers everything, the only problem with it is it dosent save all the time, but that also seams to be a problem with the dark version of it too. i cant say to much tho because i need a new sd card and havent played around with it to much but yea it seams to be real.

I don't think ther are fakes ds one on the market as of yet.

Thankfully it was not a fake, just a faulty unit.

They are out of stock at the moment but my new one should be here soon.

I think it may have been the Capacitor that keeps the memory backed up, until you restart the unit.  (This has been mistaken for a dry cell batttery)
