Im new to NDS backups and at the min am tryin to flash the firmware usin the wifime method has any done this successfully on a nintendogs nds?
Read the tutorial and get as far as downloading the wifi software to the nds and then it brings uyp a screen saying data loading then failed to conect. I cant get the supercard menu to come up let alone run the flashme file
can anyone help???

the same problem here!

I installed the wireless card on my laptop it's working! (transfered polarium demo to the DS for example)
installed the supercard (flashed to 1.52 too) copied some freeware/pd gba games on it and it's also working on the DS (can play arkanoid ... )

if I'm starting wifime on the PC then trying to tranfer it the only thing I get is the black nintendo symbol on white background then animated "game data loading..." and after about 10 seconds: "DS Download failed! Turn power off and on to reset system. Face your DS partner, move closer together, and try again."

I own a blue DS too with the serial: NEH11555XXX

Hope someone can help.

Cheers,
LouSifer

i get exactly the same my model number is NEH1129
can anyone confirm that u can flashme the new nds's with wifime or if any passme cards work?

Koji

There have been contradictory accounts. Some people say they have gotten wifi me to work on these DSes, others say they haven't.

The Ique Passme should work on these DSes, the problem is that they are not compatible with supercard or any other device that doesn't have battery backed S-ram since the i-que passme needs to read a small program installed into s-ram to work (short not exactly accurate description. Too lazy to write out exactly what it does)

I'm not sure yet if anyone has tried to install flashme after using an Ique passme (which when then make it work with super card). Someone sent me a PM not too long ago saying they were going to try it out, but there have been some reports that these new DSes don't even have an SL1 contact (or at least, not spot on the case)

LouSifer

okay mine has the sl1 contact.

hope someone can help.

it's not my PSP it's my wife's. so it does't matter if I have to wait ;-)
