nope its completely undetectable 

only way they may have an issue is if you play pokemon and cheat the heck outta it with legendarys etc they recently started kicking people who cheat as much as this to give other players a chance 

other than that go for it best of all the wifi gaming is FREE unlike X-BOX and XBOX360 

Me and my kids and g/f use wifi all the time .. me with an R4 and the kids/ g/f with supercards

just remember CHEATERS never WIN .. lol or something like that 

there are loads of cheaters out there thats the only downfall mainly with MARIO KART

more of a reason to use friends codes
