SNES help

im trying to play mortal kombat 2 for the SNES using SNEmulDS. The only problem i have is that i dont know which file to put it. When i extract the compressed file, 20 pop out.

Ah, you probably got a *.7z file with all known variants of the game.  The one you want should include the country code you want (either U or E or J for USA, Europe, or Japan), and should have [!] in the name, which indicates a verified good dump.  See http://wiki.pocketheaven.com/GoodCodes for explanations on what the other symbols mean.

EDIT:  nobody on the PHWiki's SNEmulDS compatibility list has tested the game beyond version 0.2, which is ancient.  According to the list at GBAtemp, the game freezes at bootup.  If this occurs, try disabling sound or rebooting the DS entirely.  If this doesn't work, mess with the speedhacks and vblank to see if that helps.  If all of that still doesn't help, try downgrading to an earlier version of SNEmulDS.
