I just ordered an EZFlash III off of Jandaman, and i was wondering if i could dump my real games to roms with it?

I believe that if you use the orange thing with it, you should be able to, but I'm not sure... ::)

YES YOU CAN you need EZCLIENT software  :) with it you can dump gba roms and their saves to use on the EZFLASH III you will also need EZ MANAGER 2.20 to use with your EZFLASH III :)
