SC CF too thick for DS?

I just got my SC last week, and it works like a charm.  However, is it just me or is the SC slightly too thick for the GBA slot on the DS?  The only way I can get the SC out of the slot is to wiggle it back and forth left and right with the CF card in it.  I tried pushing it out the normal way with no CF in the card, and I almost cracked the plastic around the CF slot.  I compared my SC with a GBA cart and can see that it is slightly thicker, causing the bottom of my DS to flex slightly when the SC is inserted.  This is an original USA silver DS.  Anybody else have this issue?

Mine was alil stuck the first time, i just simply kept pulling it in a out until it started coming out easier, i think i did it about 30 times so far, also dont wiggle it as it causes the plastic in it to crack. I guess you could do soemthing hrash like sanding the bottom a lil so it fits in easier, but to much will cause it to fall out easily.
TF WAS THAT?

It's the super cards in general, both SD and CF. It was a pain getting it out the first few times... I still have to wiggle it a bit, but it's not NEAR as hard to get out as it was the first few times.

Can you tell what part of the SC has "loosened up" from multiple insertions and removals so that I could possibly slightly sand it down?  I think it's the "front" of the SC card where the sticker is (faces down when inserted).  The purple plastic to the left and right sides of the sticker I think are the culprits, since, like I said, the bottom of the DS bulges a little with the SC inserted.  I can't tell for sure, though, because I see no marks on the SC or inside the GBA slot that might indicate where the sticking is.  It is good to hear that it will get better.  For now, though, removing the SC is a PITA.

On my SupercardSD I think it were the edges which where causing the throuble:

After cutting a bit of them away, the card slides in much smoother then before, even so its still far sticker then a normal GBA card, its no longer much of an issue.

Well i've been nessing with my scanner for about 3 hours with no results. so no image... but my supercard has two lines of scraping on the underside.

the ^'s being scraping.
my sc also was hard to put in and pull out.
now it slides well.
if i were you i would use verry fine sandpaper and very gently rub any area showing signs of rubbing and see if that makes it better...
