What files do I put on my new microSD?

I'm about to get my new SuperCard DS ONE V2 and a microSD. I'm prepping all the files that I will need so I can use it right away. A few questions though: What format should I use for my microSD? It's a Kingston 1GB microSD (JAPAN). Fat16 or FAT 32? Also, which files do I need to have from the software section on SuperCard's website? I think I need the micro firmware 1.01 and the SuperCard DS ONE OS 2.0 SP4. But I have a question: Do I just extract the whole folder and dump it on the card or do I pick out certain files? Also, are there any other files I will need to have on the card? Please help.

get the sp4 and dump the scshell folder in there with the msfords file in the root of the card and your set -then u can add your files

i would be think twice about using the micro firmware 1.01 its been causing saving issues with some carts (white scdsones i think)

yes and no well that was just a certain batch of dsone that hade those issues( it was the battery that was  :buck2:) but it wasn't the fimeware but if u buy one now there should be no issue( which i got one a few days ago)
