My brother clicked on the cf upgrade bin i left on my supercard and in the middle of the upgrade he turned the ds off.  Not knowing that it was upgrading.  How do I recover? I tried using flashmp but when Its time to insert the supercard, the supercard restarts the system when inserted    any help woould be great thanks

Try having a DS game in slot-1.

When reinserting, try pushing the right side in first and going really slowly to prevent the reboot.  I've heard that whether the CF card is in or out can sometimes make a difference.  Otherwise, contact bitblt about his free Supercard recovery services (stickied topic in the Marketplace forum).
