I have a NDS lite which had a cracked hinge. I ordered a new replacement shell and took the nds apart and changed out the shell. Now when I push the power button the green light comes on and the bottom screen flickers and then the power goes off. Any idea what could be wrong? If so, how do I fix it?

it probably means the ribbon cables are loose.

open the connector and push them in as far as possible, be careful as not to damage the cable itself

Thanks for replying. I checked the ribbon about 3 times already and it appears to be in as far as it will go.

it means the top ribbons are damaged, or the screen is, for sure

check all the stop screen assemply and the many the connection for it on the bottom
