what is the best modchip for wii so i can play all wii games n gamecube games

Not true, it wont play all GC games.

It is cheap and can be upgraded via dvd, but has no reason to be. It plays 100% of Wii and GC games with no audio problems on GC games, your not gonna get any more features then that with a dvd drive chip. Anything beyond that will require a bios mod chip which there is not one for the Wii.

Well, no modchip has been able to play those two unless you have an NTSC-J console.
So there is no 100% compatible modchip.
