I'm still loving this game.  Check it out if you somehow find BF2 awesome yet at the same time a little boring.

I've got my copy and am now hooked on this. I officially retired from playing the old ET for this. Its great  :smitten:

im gonna give the demo a try, it looks good, but can it really  beat bf2? (specially on my system)

I don't know why, I just don't ever play BF2 anymore.  Sure, its a great game and very refined, but there's just something about ET:QW that I like.  I love the deployables, and the guidance I guess.  There's always something to do.  And I kind of like the 'unrealisticness' of it.  There's definitely a place for both games though.  They're really quite different.   :)

People keep trying to compare this to BF2, mainly because of the vehicles, but its a totally different experience. All you do on BF2 is capturing spawn points on a map while trying to keep the other team from doing the same. It gets boring after a while. ETQW's maps have specific objectives that have to be completed in order to win. It forces people to work together as a team. It way more strategic because of all the different deployables such as radar and artillery. I love it.  :D
