I would like to create a skin myself, but dont know where to find the program. Does anyone know where to find this?

There's not just one single skinning program.

It's mostly photo editing software such as Photoshop, GIMP, etc.

I personally recommend GIMP for this as it has mostly everything you need and best of all, it is free
