I've been searching through posts trying to find a way to get my SCSD and Superkey to work with Download Play.  From what I've seen, nobody mentions anything about slot 2.  Does this mean that my setup cannot or will not work with me hosting a Single-Card game?

If so...that totally blows goats.

its to do with the patching, it is probably fixable, but very difficult

what I've been doing is having someone with a real cart host a download game, then I just hop in with my flashcart game.

It just sucks because download play is nifty for Club House Games.  Especially with a bunch of people in an area.

One more thing...is there a list of games that don't need the RSA around here?  So far, all I've seen is Starfox and Topgun.  And Tetris was said, but it never worked for me.

download play should work with a lot of games (note some like mario party ds do not with slot 2 supercards so far until they release a fix ) other games ...so long as you DO NOT TRIM the rom you need to host the game with your SUPERCARD and SUPERKEY and others wanting to download play must have no carts in at all and choose download play when you have started to host it

what game is it inparticular are you trying to download play?

Almost any game I've tried hasn't worked.  But, the two in particular are Mario Kart and Club House.

I never trim my roms, so as long as the receiving DS doesn't have ANY cart in it, it should be able to download?

It has to do with the patching process, which often breaks the RSA security signature.  The receiving DS will refuse to accept the broadcast if the RSA signature is broken, which is why installing FlashMe on the receiving DS often helps improve the situation (though it doesn't bring compatibility up to 100%)

I'm aware of that.  Is there a list of games that do not have/need the RSA sig?  I know of only two and I mentioned them in a previous post.

have you tried BRAIN TRAINING?

The only one I've tried is Elite Beat Agents, which worked.  Other than that, I have no idea, sorry.

I'm lost! .....if thats reference to my comment "HAVE YOU TRIED brain training" then I was referring to Dr Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain? DS game that works with just 1 SUPERCARD SD using download play I know it works as I've played it download play with friends using my SUPERCARD SD

generally speaking, the number of games working is maybe 1 in 5 at best, and unless romman fixes it (unlikely) its stuck like that

flashing the recieving ds fixes the issue if you are despirate...
