Hi im new to flashcarts and was wondering aproximatly how long does a ds phat run with a supercard sd rumble and a superkey.

it should run around 4 hours approximately if playing nds games, and if gbas you get i believe about 5hrs.

You can squeeze a little bit longer... if you have the volume about halfway or even off if your not fussy about in game music etc instead of full blast as having the volume loud or full blast will drain it much quicker than no sound
