Working just fine here. I have my NTSC USA Wii updated to 3.2U, Wiikey is at 1.9s, and I used the WiiBrickBlocker on the disc before burning. Did not ask me to update (since I removed the update with WiiBrickBlocker), and the game played just fine with no problems. Only problem people are reporting is that NTSC useres can't install the Mario Kart channel to see the world wide rankings.

GREAT game and the controls are very tight. It controls like Excite Truck, but the controls for turning, ect are much more tight and responsive. I can't figure out how to jump though (someone else said B button, but that just throws and item). Graphics are very nice (as good as Smash Bros), and there are a ton of courses. There is also a shit load of people on the screen at once so it makes the races seem more exciting and it also makes it harder to get a ? block for an item if your in the middle of the pack or in the back. 10 out of 10!

Yeah spent most of last night trying this out - great game so far. You have to put your cart into manual mode to be able to jump and stuff. But I think its only useful if you're using a classic/GC controller. I really couldn't get the hang of the automatic / wiimote mode.

Not tried any online / channel stuff yet... will wait till its officially out ;)

I haven't been able to get my son off it since I brought it home on Friday evening- even my wife has had a go though she didn't manage to finish the course through laughing.

We are using a mixture of Wii wheels and gamecube controllers and it works fine.

Jumping is pressing the right on the Wiimote direction pad (which will be facing upwards at the time). Unfortunately, this also tends to release any items that you have collected. Haven't yet worked out how to do it with the gamecube conrollers (should read the booklet!).

To do it with the GC controller you have to choose manual and then you use the right trigger I believe.

B trigger is jump. But jumping is only available in manual drifting mode.
