Hey:

I've seen references that imply one can bookmark movies in Moonshell, but can't for the life of me find any explanation of how to do it.

Does anyone know how?

P.S.

I'm using a M3 Real on a DS lite.

Thanks.

I've never heard of a movie bookmarking function.  You can bookmark text files, and you can have it bookmark an mp3 file to resume playback from later (starts at the beginning of the song, only bookmarks where you are in the playlist) but nothing for movies.  For videos you'll have to use the manual seek bar until you get close to wherever you were.

Thanks for the reply.

Can you please explain how to use the "manual seek bar"?  I've also seen reference to that, but haven't been able to figure that out either.

Thanks again.

"manual seek bar' is bar that appears when touch the touch screen while the video is playing.
It is sort of the bar that you will find in any media playing software. just touch the bar and Moonshell will play that part.

you can actually have Moonshell saves where you are in the song every 5 second, but i dont think that doing is a good idea.

For me, touching the lower screen while the video is playing just moves the video down to the lower screen (and back to the upper screen when touched again)

Do you know what I might be missing here?

When it moves to the bottom screen you should also see a progress bar at the very bottom of the touchscreen.  You can tap that progress bar to skip to a specific location.

anuarbin, I thought the "resume" function that saved every 5 seconds merely saved the song title you were playing, not the actual location in the song.  Then again, I'm too paranoid about wrecking my card to try it out myself, so I could be wrong.
