I got my games to save finally. Now, I'd like to import my .sav file from my supercard onto the PC So I can play Pokemon Yellow on Visual Boy Advance AND have all my progress in tact. (I want to use my save and Pokemon Yellow to play Pokemon Stadium on Project64 with MY Pokemon.)

Any ideas?

AFAIK you need to import it as a battery file? dunno not imported saves from my gba cards for a long time now :(

Normally you can just copy the save file over directly and it will work in VBA provided that it's named the same thing as the GB rom.  If this doesn't work, then I don't know what's wrong.  Try messing with the save sizes in VBA before importing the save file or something.
